How to use each element:
Lavender Essential Oil 10ml Add a few drops to a bowl of hot water placed near the sauna stove (avoid pouring directly onto the stones). The aroma will help relax the respiratory tract and calm the mind.
Lavender Bouquet Hang above the loungers or soak the bundle in water for 10–15 minutes, then sprinkle the moistened bundle around the sauna or place it under the lounger. The heat and humidity will release the lavender scent naturally.
Lavender Bath Salt 340g Rub the salt mixture into warm, damp skin and leave for up to 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly under a warm shower. The lavender salt helps remove dead skin cells, deeply cleanses pores and relaxes tense muscles.
Lavender Tea 30g Enjoy between or after sauna sessions. A warm cup of tea will help restore fluid balance and prepare the body for restful sleep.
