A bold and gourmet flavor that combines the sharp spiciness of chili peppers with a soft, semi-sweet fruity base. The jam has a thick, transparent texture and surprising balance: the first note welcomes sweetness, and at the end the palate is pleasantly warmed by the heat provided by the chili.

What to taste with? An indispensable companion for blue cheese or goat cheese. The sweetness and tanginess perfectly "cut" the fat content of the cheese.

For main courses: perfect with meat dishes, roasted chicken or as an addition to stews, pork chops or even as a glaze when baking ribs in the oven.
